Title 37 of the Code of Federal Regulations pertains to Patents, Trademarks, and Copyrights. Chapter II is dedicated to the Copyright Office, Library of Congress, and Chapter III is dedicated to the Copyright Royalty Board, Library of Congress. Researchers can find proposed and final versions of administrative regulations in the Federal Register. 

Statutes

Title 17 of the United States Code applies to the law of Copyrights. The UDM Law Library offers several resources for obtaining these types of materials, including print versions of the USC, USCA, and USCS.
