Response card: What did you do in the library today? What did you want to do? Cartoons: Student draw cartoon of the steps they used in their research process. (anthropologist's methodology) Gave them camera to take picture of where they do their work, what they use in the library. Spot interviews Students want familiar spaces where they feel comfortable, safe, secure. They like to be on the edge of activity, but not have their backs exposed. They would like zero distraction areas (DEAD PHONE ZONE) They would like meeting rooms.
